Being a father of two great kids and sharing my life with my beloved wife I’m well aware of the importance of work-life harmony. I like to take care of myself and currently that means Jiu-Jiutsu and using my bike as much as possible. Apart from running Motive Management I hold positions in NGO boards and have cofounded Unisol, a solar power agent.
