We continuously deliver team development for groups in all professional fields. Our concept is based on leadership models from the Swedish School of Defence as well as evidence based research. We are confident that you will learn a concept that will allow you to have a new career as team trainer.

The CTT is based on our popular half-day workshop that expose some of the frustrations that come in the way for individuals in teams. The concept of team development is unclear to many and at the same time a sought after result.

After the workshop the team will have learned about efficient strategies for team development as well as the pitfalls to expect when trying to become a high performing team.

As a trainer you will learn to conduct the workshop and some variations in order to meet your clients’ needs.
